The Role
Join our team as a Product Manager and help us bring clarity to the most important decisions in healthcare. In this role, you will have the authority to influence the direction of one of our software as a medical device (SaMD) products. If you're a self-starter driven by the opportunity to improve healthcare outcomes through technology and prefer a role where action makes a difference, this is an excellent opportunity for you.
Your Responsibilities

Define the product roadmap and contribute to the strategy for one of our software as a medical device products

Specify product requirements & collaborate closely with development, medical team & design to drive the product development process

Define and track KPIs to measure product success and performance

Understand the relevant regulatory requirements and ensure that the product meets all necessary regulatory and security standards, working closely with Quality Management & Data protection

Support the go-to-market of the product by collaborating with the sales & marketing team to ensure successful product adoption
Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree is preferred
-
At least 2 years of relevant product management experience with SaaS products
-
Experience working in Agile Scrum, and good understanding of the methodology and practices

Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Empathy to understand user needs and customer pain points.

Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Resident in the European Union and authorized to work
Nice to Have

Experience with healthcare technology products

Prior work in startups or scale-ups
-
Familiarity or previous experience with the B2B2C business model of SaaS products

Proficiency in German with the ability to communicate confidently in professional contexts.

The reference gross salary for Hungary is 1.400.000 HUF / month. Willingness to overpay is given and depends on the respective qualification and experience. On top of that, we also let all our employees participate in our Virtual Stock Option Plans (VSOPs), ensuring that they can directly benefit from our collective success.
