As our Head of Medical, his main responsibility is to broaden the evidence-based medical knowledge of XUND to improve diagnostic accuracy and also to participate in relevant research.

Since the medical database is key to the performance and safety of our AI solution, we talked to Andras about how his team ensures the high quality of our products and how he expects AI to change the future of healthcare.

András joined our team as a Full Stack Developer in late 2021, working on our API and web front-ends.

As our Tech Lead, András (Draven) leverages his experience leading development teams of all sizes to foster growth and innovation. He is passionate about Agile, Continuous Delivery, and automated testing, with a mission to help others embrace and apply these principles in their work. András is dedicated to building strong teams and delivering impactful, high-quality software solutions.

As Partnership Manager, Anna-Lena contributes her extensive experience in collaborating with stakeholders in the healthcare sector, particularly within the German insurance industry, to XUND. Through close cooperation with our partners, she aims to drive the continuous development of the healthcare system and create real value for patients.

Antal has a passion for automating processes to solve people’s everyday problems. As our Backend Engineer, his responsibilities include designing, developing, and testing the internal API.

As a DevOps Engineer, Attila is focusing on Infrastructure as Code (IaC), configuration management, and ensuring the uninterrupted operation of our systems. He has a passion for innovation, problem-solving, an unquenchable thirst for knowledge, and a relentless drive to enhance our digital landscape.

With a background in multinational GRC and security awareness, Bogi supports XUND in achieving security compliance and fostering a culture of awareness. She’s committed to making cybersecurity relatable, helping people understand the risks that affect their daily lives and how to stay protected.

As a Sales Engineer at XUND, Christoph bridges the gap between our sales initiatives and our product development department to ensure seamless technical alignment. He focuses on supporting our partners throughout the integration process, helping them leverage our products to their full potential.

With a background in R&D and academia, Gréta joined XUND as a Data Scientist focusing on clinical decision support. She is excited to collaborate with Medical Experts and Developers to create trustworthy AI-based healthcare solutions that deliver value to both patients and stakeholders.

As a Machine Learning Engineer, Hunor provides the data science team and their data-driven solutions with the engineering support structures they need to function fast and smoothly. He's interested in breaking the myths of artificial intelligence by working at the border of computer science and the humanities and believes that XUND occupies an important position at this intersection.

As People & Culture Manager, Katrina is responsible for day-to-day HR operations and supporting a positive employee experience. She works on hiring, onboarding, internal policies, and learning and development across the company.

Kornél is a Full Stack Developer with a passion for solving complex challenges. He works across both frontend and backend, always striving to write clean, efficient code and leave every codebase in better shape than he found it.

Our CTO Krisztián brings extensive experience in managing technology teams. His mission is to establish a robust technological foundation for our products, enabling us to deliver quickly in a regulated environment while bringing our innovative, AI-driven medical solutions to patients in a lean and efficient manner.

Lukas is a founding member of XUND and has therefore been with the company from the very beginning. He is leading the commercial activities as Chief Revenue Officer. When we think about tomorrow, he is already thinking about the day after tomorrow.

Based in our Berlin office, Maja acts as our bridge to the German health tech market in her role as Business Development Manager. With a background in pharma, she drives partnerships that deliver real value to customers – and ultimately, to patients.

At the helm of our product efforts, Mark oversees the strategy for our medical devices and supports the Product team to create solutions that deliver real value to our clients and end-users.

Márton joined our development team as a software engineer, where he contributes his expertise in backend and DevOps to help build and enhance our software. As someone with a never-ending thirst for knowledge, he firmly believes that we are crafting a digital Excalibur to achieve our vision of improving healthcare.

With a background in DevOps and QA Test Automation, Márton brings extensive knowledge of infrastructure, environments, and testing practices. Recently, he has shifted his focus to cloud security, applying his expertise to ensure smooth operations and reliability. 

As our QA Engineer, Máté's main responsibilities include analyzing app and software requirements while writing test plans, strategies, and cases to detect issues, which he then reports and validates. His goal is to ensure that everything he works on is as close to perfection as possible.

Olivia brings over five years of experience working on digitisation projects within the EHR sector for German and Austrian hospitals. As Business Development Manager, she focuses on strengthening our presence in the provider market. Passionate about digital transformation, she is committed to delivering effective solutions that guide patients to the right point of care and help healthcare professionals focus on what truly matters – the patient.

With his vast experience in the German healthcare market, Patrick helps us establish the XUND brand and opens up new cooperations and networks in Germany. His heart beats for digital and innovative projects that have a real benefit.

As Chief Operating Officer, Rafael leads XUND's product, quality & trust, strategy, and operations functions. He ensures day-to-day operations run smoothly and empowers teams to achieve our strategic objectives. As part of the leadership team, Rafael drives innovation and positions the company for growth, firmly believing that teamwork makes the dream work.

Sophie is our Head of Quality & Regulatory Affairs and responsible for ensuring that our internal processes for the development of medical devices meet the highest quality standards. In order to make our technology accessible to a large number of people, she is also responsible for obtaining regulatory approval for international markets.

As an Internist, Szilvia is part of our medical team at XUND. She supports the team with her knowledge and experience in telemedicine and forensic medicine.

Tamás is one of the founders and CEO of XUND. He represents the company to the outside world and is responsible in day-to-day business for making the vision of the digital patient journey a reality. Before founding XUND, Tamás worked at McKinsey & Company for several years.

With more than six years of experience in online marketing, Thi Tho is passionate about turning data and insights into sustainable growth. At XUND, she works across the entire marketing funnel, from attracting new audiences to optimizing user engagement and conversions, supporting the company’s mission to help improve healthcare through data-driven patient journeys.

As Head of Communications, Tina is responsible for XUND's online presence, handles press inquiries, and prepares event attendance for Sales.

As Regulatory Affairs Manager, Vanessa combines regulatory expertise with a strong passion for digital health to create smart and efficient compliance frameworks that support innovative, user-centred medical products.

Victoria is responsible for the improvement and translation of XUND’s medical content. Together with the medical team, she works on ensuring that the medical information in our products is not only accurate but also understandable for everyone.

With a background as a pediatrician, Virag joined XUND as a Medical Expert to help build innovative products that make healthcare more equitable for everyone. After seeing the system's challenges firsthand, she shifted her focus toward transformative solutions, combining her medical background with expertise in quantitative imaging and bionics.

More than 25 years of experience in anesthesiology and intensive care distinguish our Co-Founder & Medical Affairs Director Zoltán. Together with the team, he is working on a digital patient journey that will enable anyone to receive personalized medical care.

As Product Manager for Clinical Search, Zsombor focuses on building reliable AI-powered solutions that support clinical decision-making. He combines medical expertise with product strategy to ensure XUND's tools offer healthcare professionals efficient access to trustworthy medical knowledge.
