The Role 

Join us as a People & Culture Manager to continue building and nurturing an inclusive and vibrant workplace as we grow. You’ll be the go-to person for everything people-related, from leading recruitment and onboarding to fostering a strong culture of inclusion and collaboration, while continuously enhancing the overall employee experience. This is a hands-on, dynamic role where your proactive approach to building new structures and driving people-focused initiatives will directly impact our success. Your Responsibility 

  • Be responsible for the recruiting process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, pay benchmarking and offer creations

  • Support the creation and implementation of HR policies that reflect our company culture and values

  • Foster an inclusive, welcoming, and supportive work environment for both in-office and remote employees

  • Help shape and enhance our company culture by organizing engaging company events that strengthen connection and build a sense of belonging

  • Create and maintain a productive and engaging workplace environment

  • Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits administration, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

  • Create and manage an efficient and engaging onboarding program for new hires

  • Support training and development initiatives to help employees grow and succeed in their roles

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR or people operations role

  • Hands-on experience with HR operations, including payroll, benefits, sourcing, and recruitment

  • Committed to improving the employee experience from start to finish

  • Passionate about creating an inclusive, positive work culture where everyone feels supported and valued

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English

  • Resident in the European Union and authorized to work

 

Nice to have 

  • Knowledge of Austrian labor law and related compliance requirements

  • Experience in a scale-up or fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with remote work tools and supporting virtual teams

  • Familiarity with HR software (e.g. Recruitee, absence.io)

The minimum salary for this position is according to the IT collective agreement (EUR 3,843 gross monthly salary for full-time employment). Willingness to overpay is given and depends on the respective qualification and experience. On top of that, we also let all our employees participate in our Virtual Stock Option Plans (VSOPs), ensuring that they can directly benefit from our collective success.
