As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of XUND, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical strategy and overseeing the development and execution of our product. Your primary responsibility will be to lead our technology teams in building robust API frameworks, developing innovative medical devices, and leveraging data science to drive impactful solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Technical Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive technical roadmap aligned with the company's vision and goals, focusing on API development and data science applications.
- Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- API Development: Guide the developers to design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure API architectures to enable seamless integration with external partners and platforms.
- Medical Device Innovation: Spearhead the research, development, and deployment of cutting-edge medical devices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Machine Learning: Enable and lead the integration of ML models in the development of products.
- Tech Stack Management: Oversee the selection, deployment, and management of the technology stack, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, stakeholders, and external partners to align technology initiatives with business objectives and foster strategic partnerships.
Your Profile
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a technical leadership role, preferably in a startup environment within healthcare or related fields.
- Expertise in scaling API-first Software as a Service (SaaS) products
- Strong understanding of data science and its integration in existing products
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire technical teams, driving innovation and achieving results.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and rapid prototyping.
- Prior involvement in successfully scaling a startup from seed stage to growth phase.
- Understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements within the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript and Python

The minimum salary for this position is HUF 2,500,000 for full-time employment, excluding bonuses. The willingness to pay more is given and depends on the specific qualification and experience. You will also participate in our Virtual Stock Option Plans (VSOPs).
