Your Responsibilities

Understanding the big picture and designing interfaces supporting business goals

Support different teams to understand the touch points and create solutions that build a working ecosystem

Support a squad’s work as Scrum Master

Design and implement software solutions based on provided business descriptions & problems

Maintain existing code base, fix bugs

Thorough, high-quality code reviews

Write well-documented and tested code

Active participation in the software design & implementation

Continuous maintenance and improvement of developer experience

Your Profile
- BSc (or higher) Degree in IT/Computer Science
- 3-5 years experience in Backend Development
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Thorough knowledge of REST directives, SOLID principles, and OOP
- Proficient in Git version management and clean code principles
- Familiar with microservice architecture and databases (GraphQL, noSQL, SQL), CI/CD, and Docker
- Expertise in Typescript programming language and Node.js framework
- Experience in Typescript-based backend development and routined in Unit testing
- Understanding of network basics (load balancing, HTTP, proxy, etc.)
- Willingness to learn and work with Python
- Experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong communication skills
- Passionate team player with a solution-focused mindset
- Motivated for self-development and critical thinking
- Open to feedback and takes ownership of projects
- Emphasizes understanding user needs and the big picture
- Proactive and self-standing
Nice to have
- AI and Data Science knowledge
- Experience in the Healthcare industry
- Proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker

The minimum salary for this position is according to the IT collective agreement (EUR 3.724 gross monthly salary for full-time employment). Willingness to overpay is given and depends on the respective qualification and experience. On top of that, we also let all our employees participate in our Virtual Stock Option Plans (VSOPs).
