To maximize the flexibility of our Medical Engine and allow the algorithms to work efficiently, we have developed a comprehensive, multi-layered symptom database for Symptom Check, structured around symptom groups. For a better user experience, we aggregated the symptoms into more than 360 groups and distinguished more than 21,000 specific symptom variations using follow-up questions.

Do you provide a ready-to-use solution?

If you want to get started right away, our Web App is the ideal option. It allows you to customize our white-label solution and easily integrate it into your digital ecosystem. Security and data protection are very important to us. First of all, all the data we are processing is de-identified by design. On top of that, we have also opted for local storage in Germany. This ensures that health data stored with us never leaves the European Union.
